INSTRUBLITZ'13 cordially invites you to participate in our DOCUMENTARY competition which wil be held in Easwari Engineerin College on 11th september

RULES:

1. Each team can have maximum of 2 members.
2. Short film length should not exceed 9+1 minutes (including credits).
3. A message in the film is not compulsory.
4. Film should not be offensive in any manner.If noted the team will be disqualified.
5. Judges decision is final.
